Reekolect Customer Satisfaction Policy

At Reekolect, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI solutions designed to meet your unique business needs and support your growth. We value your trust and understand the importance of your investment. As part of our dedication to your satisfaction, we have established this comprehensive refund policy to address situations where our service does not meet your expectations.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of purchasing a paid plan (excluding the WhatsApp Chatbot plan), you may request a refund, and we will issue a 100% refund (adjusted for payment gateway fees). Please note that:

  • Costs related to Add-ons.

  • Expenses for custom integrations or bespoke developments are non-refundable.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions provide significant discounts over monthly plans in exchange for an upfront commitment. If you are dissatisfied within the first 30 days of using the service, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve your concerns, offer alternative solutions, or provide a resolution timeline. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will:

  • Retain an amount equal to one month’s subscription (calculated at the monthly rate).

  • Refund the remaining balance.

Please note:

  • Add-on expenses and costs for custom integrations or developments are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not available for concerns raised after the 30-day period, although you may cancel your subscription.

Refunds for annual subscriptions apply only to accounts established directly through Reekolect’s in-house team. For accounts set up through partners, please contact the respective partner for refund inquiries.

Partner Program

If you are enrolled in our Partner Program and are dissatisfied, please contact us promptly. While we will make every effort to address your concerns, provide solutions, or offer a resolution timeline, refunds are not available under this program.
